Do you require an appointment?

Yes! We want to make sure that every bride has our upmost attention. During your appointment you will work with your very own consultant who will be with you every step of the way! Because of this, we keep our front doors locked. We don’t want anyone interrupting our brides during this experience. You will be able to browse all of our collections freely and without having to shop over other people.

What is your price range?

We always try to keep our average price point around the average across the United States – around $1700-$2000. Most of our gowns fall between $1000-$4000, but we do have a handful below $1000 and over $4000.

How far in advance do I need to book an appointment?

We recommend that you book your appointment with us about 2-3 weeks ahead of time. However, we can often accommodate a weekday appointment within the same week. Same day appointments are options during the week as well!

If your desired date is already booked, request to be put on the waiting list! Appointments do open up from time to time!

What sizes are your sample gowns?

Most of our gowns range between sizes 10-14, but we have gowns up to size 26. Bridal gowns run 2 sizes smaller than regular clothing. So, if you’re a size 8 in normal clothing, you can expect to be a size 12 in bridal.

How far in advance do I need to purchase my gown?

The recommended time to order is about 10-12 months before your wedding. We have one gown in each style in the store, then we will order the gown in your preferred size and color from the designer. The gowns are made-to-order and take 4-7 months to arrive, depending on the designer. Purchasing 10-12 months before the wedding allows time for alterations, which take around 2-3 months. We do offer storage options if you order your dress in advance.

 

In a hurry? That’s alright! We have off-the-rack gowns that you can take home the same day! Plus, our designers offer rush options for additional fees (ranging from $100-$250 depending on time frame and designer).

 How long do appointments take?

Bridal appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes, but can be faster.

 Who should come to my appointment?

We recommend a group of no more than 3-4 people. It’s always good to limit your party to a small group of people who will be supportive and focused on the task at hand, which is finding your dream dress! We do not recommend bringing a child to your appointment, as they can change the focus of the appointment. If you bring a child to your appointment, they must be accompanied at all times and you must receive manager approval when booking.
